In this life we always seem to be searching for something more than what we have. More things to buy, more clothes, more gadgets. But one of the ‘main purposes’ of life is the pursuit of LOVE.
Because of this society, we see lovely couples everywhere and think, “Why can’t I have something like that? I just want someone who loves me for who I am.
Well, I’ve been through that phase and I’ve come to realize that the only way to find true love is through God. HE IS LOVE. (1 John 4:8). I’ve tried seeking for love in people and they have failed me. He loves YOU (Yeah You!) so much that He sent His son to die for you. That if you believe in Him, You shall not perish but have eternal life with Him (John 3:16).
I have not given up on finding love, rather, I have found a love so secure, so reliable, so unfailing that I have to look no further. In order for someone to find me, they will have to look for God and likewise, In order for me to find love, I will have to search for God, there they will be. Trust God. Trust in His LOVE.
